This initiative provides resources, education, and support aimed at assisting individuals with MS and their caregivers. It includes access to the Society's online library, educational programs, healthcare provider resources, and the magazine, Momentum. Additionally, it offers tools to navigate financial difficulties and future planning, wellness strategies focusing on diet, exercise, and emotional health, as well as connections to local wellness resources. Crisis intervention services are available during urgent situations, and personalized case management is assessed through the Edward M. Dowd Personal Advocate Program.
To initiate services, call 1-800-344-4867 for an appointment, email ContactUsNMSS@nmss.org, or engage with an MS Navigator via the National MS Society website.
There are no fees associated with these services.
