This service offers a bus for individuals with disabilities, equipped with lifts and providing curb-to-curb transport. Drivers are not permitted to exit their vehicles or assist with packages, and there are no limitations on the types of rides available.
Intake Procedure: To request a ride, you need to give notice between 24 hours and 7 days in advance. You can schedule online at https://rtsaccessriderequest.myrts.com/#/auth/signinregister. For cancellations, please leave a message on the provided tape.
Fees: The fare varies, so please call for specific information.
