This program offers support groups for reentry and substance abuse issues. It also features community development initiatives such as free hygiene products, cultural awareness programs, advocacy for social change, and youth programs. Additionally, case management services are available, along with free NYS ID, birth certificates, and Social Security cards for eligible clients. Employment readiness programs are also included.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call for more information. Participation is required for the ID program.
Fees: All services are provided at no cost.

- Individuals must be recently released from jail or prison, or facing substance use challenges, and must be residents of the service area, aged 21 or older.
