This program provides in-home respite care for individuals who have a developmental disability and have received approval for eligibility through OPWDD, as well as for medically frail individuals who are transitioning out of school services or are nearing that point.
Intake Process: The application for intake is available on the website.
Fees: Participants must meet Medicaid eligibility requirements.
