The initiative seeks to enhance the well-being of at-risk adolescents and adults entangled in the criminal justice system or on probation/parole by boosting their employability, lowering recidivism rates, meeting basic needs, and addressing mental health and substance use issues that hinder job retention, while also supporting local workforce demands.
