This initiative delivers high-quality care and educational opportunities for young children, featuring programs such as Pre-Kindergarten for children aged 3 and 4, Head Start, Early Head Start, and various early childhood programs. It also includes full-day childcare, summer camps, Kindergarten enrichment, and Summer LEAP programs. Additionally, it offers family support services for participants, which encompass parenting skills coaching, resource referrals, education and vocational training, and job search assistance. For intake, interested individuals should call for more information. Fees are determined by the Monroe County Department of Human Services.

- To qualify for Pre-K and Head Start, applicants must live in the City of Rochester; Early Head Start serves children up to 3 years, Head Start is for ages 3-4, Enriched Childcare is for ages 3-12, and summer camp is for kindergarten through grade 6.
