This initiative connects individuals with community resources for inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient care for eating disorders. It is supported by a grant from the Office of Mental Health and includes services such as care management, peer mentoring, life coaching, and creative arts therapy.
Intake Procedure: A care manager conducts a telephone screening assessment.
Fees: There are no charges for the linkage service.
