Willow Domestic Violence Center

This service offers crisis counseling for all individuals affected by domestic violence, providing hotlines for victims, concerned friends, family, and the wider community. The organization has a shelter available for victims and their children, allowing for an unlimited number of children to be accommodated; if the number of children exceeds available beds, alternative arrangements will be made. Services are also available for male victims and their children, with collect calls accepted. Additionally, advocacy for out-of-county emergency shelter support is provided, alongside support groups for victims. Court advocacy services include accompaniment by an on-site advocate at family court, assistance with securing protection orders, and legal representation. Personal advocacy is available to help individuals access necessary services, along with emotional and transitional support services, which include information and counseling. The organization also runs a Domestic Violence Prevention Education Program targeting preschool through college students, community youth programs, parents, and businesses. Transportation may be provided by police or other means as needed. A hotline specifically for Jewish women experiencing domestic violence (Sara Line) is also available.

Fees: There are no fees for clients using the emergency shelter.
