This program provides daily meal deliveries to individuals' residences, accommodating special medical dietary requirements. It includes one hot meal, an optional cold meal, and frozen meals for weekends. Additionally, a daily check-in service is offered to support family members.

- To qualify for subsidized meals, individuals must be at least 60 years old, homebound due to health issues, and either live alone or with someone who cannot prepare meals; privately paid meals are available for $8.00 each without eligibility restrictions.
