Young Adult Congregate (Supervised Group Homes)

Provides training in essential life skills, social interaction, medication management, health services, self-advocacy, community integration, rehabilitation counseling, skill enhancement, parent education, symptom control, and substance abuse support. There is one wheelchair accessible bed available, and staff members have specific qualifications.

Fees: There is a set fee structure. Medicaid is accepted, and clients must be able to pay a monthly fee.
