This service caters to caregivers in Nassau County who are responsible for elderly relatives at home. It includes weekly visits designed to give caregivers a break, while also providing companionship and a safe environment for the older adult. The program features a complimentary nursing assessment, a sliding scale fee structure, and continuous professional support and referrals.
