The program supports youth who are moving on from OCFS court-ordered residential placements, as referred by OCFS, to ensure a smooth return to their homes and communities. The FCA Workforce Development Coach will explore potential job site opportunities and provide assistance in vocational and career areas, while also reaching out to the Department of Labor, the Chamber of Commerce, and local businesses.
Intake Process: Referrals from OCFS
Costs: There are no fees associated with this program.
