This extensive, non-residential initiative is tailored to assist youths aged 14-21 who are currently in foster care or have recently exited the system, equipping them to live and work independently within their communities once they are no longer eligible for foster care. The program collaborates closely with foster parents, providing home visits and a range of supportive services, including training and support groups throughout the year. Participants can engage in workshops covering topics such as health and sexuality, recreation, vocational training, college and career readiness, resume writing, financial literacy, as well as mental health and substance abuse awareness, among others.
Intake Procedure: Clients are encouraged to call for further information.
Fees: There are no associated costs.
