This service offers evaluation and therapy for children in their homes, schools, and other natural settings. It includes therapies for speech and swallowing, occupational and physical therapy, special education, psychology, audiology, social services, medical consultations, and service coordination. Additionally, it provides Applied Behavior Analysis Services (ABA) and Special Education Itinerant (SEIT) Services.
Intake Procedure: An appointment is necessary; please call for more information.
Fees: Services may be free, on a sliding scale, through private insurance, or via vouchers.

- Children from birth to young adulthood in Suffolk and Nassau counties are eligible, with referrals to county Early Intervention and Preschool Programs, where accepted services are covered by the county at no cost to parents.
