Life Options is a program offered by NYS OPTS that runs five days a week, aimed at helping participants cultivate personal life skills for leisure, retirement, and self-directed activities. Each participant is paired with a life studies advisor who helps create a tailored program schedule. The program includes transportation to and from sessions, as well as occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), speech therapy (ST), social work, and psychological services.
