This program provides assistance to individuals who are deaf-blind in developing essential daily living and communication skills. It evaluates each person's mobility and vision requirements, offering tailored training and specialized mobility aids. Additionally, it includes vocational assessments, job readiness training, and job placement services. Individuals are also referred to suitable government programs and services. Support is delivered in clients' homes, workplaces, and community settings.
