This initiative pairs Hofstra University student volunteers as mentors for students aged 7 to 14 who may be facing academic, social, or emotional challenges. The program includes training and oversight for mentors by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island, focusing on providing homework assistance and fostering relationships with college students through various activities.
