This program provides community-based residential homes for individuals aged 21 and older who have a developmental disability. It includes a range of support services such as psychological, speech, social work, habilitative, nursing, recreational, transportation, and nutritional assistance.
Intake Procedure: Applications are processed through family services, and screening is mandatory. All applicants must enter through OPWDD's front doors.
