The offerings may encompass: emotional and informational support for newly diagnosed patients and their families, help in connecting with multiple sclerosis healthcare professionals, advice on health insurance choices and benefits, exploration of job resources, wellness assistance for issues like fatigue, isolation, anxiety, and caregiver stress, and coordination with a case manager for those with complex needs.
