Beacon Center - Lockport Outpatient Facility

Delivers treatment for substance use disorders and mental health issues. The services provided encompass evaluations for substance use disorders, individual and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options such as Buprenorphine (Suboxone), Vivitrol, and Naltrexone, drug and alcohol testing, mental health counseling, medication management, family and adolescent counseling, peer support, and impaired driver evaluations. The facility is certified by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (NYS OASAS), ensuring confidentiality for all services. Located on the first floor at the intersection of Washburn Street and East Avenue, adjacent to Rite-Aid, the Lockport facility offers both in-person and telehealth services. ##REENTRY##

Intake Procedure: Clients can access evaluations through walk-in or same-day appointments, or by calling 716-831-1937 to schedule. A photo ID and insurance card are required unless the client is uninsured.

Fees: The facility accepts most health insurances, including Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care, with copays or deductibles payable at the time of service. Sliding scale fees and payment plans are available for those without insurance.
