The organization focuses on educating and empowering individuals with disabilities in Niagara County, promoting equality for all. It offers a range of services including peer support, information and referral, advocacy, transition assistance, and peer services for those with functional limitations. Among its many programs are Deaf Services, Medicaid Application Assistance, Independent Living Skills training, Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services (CDPAS), and services related to Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and other benefits for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, there is a medical loan closet available. The Addict 2 Addict (A2A) program is a peer-led initiative that supports individuals with substance use disorders and their families, providing guidance through shared recovery experiences and advocacy. This team is available 24/7 and can be reached at 716-498-4333, responding to calls within 24 hours.
Intake Procedure: Services are available by appointment only; interested individuals should call or email to arrange a meeting.
