This initiative provides subsidized independent living apartments for individuals aged 62 and older or those with physical disabilities who are capable of living independently (no aide services are included). Available resident services encompass a transportation program for medical visits and weekly grocery shopping, a mini-grocery store within the building, an exercise program, and on-site security. Additionally, it serves as a host location for the Niagara Nutrition Program, which is accessible to the public.

Fees: Contact for details on fees. Rent is calculated at 30% of the resident's income. The Niagara County Nutrition Program suggests a donation of $3.50.
