The building is a 13-story structure with 250 one-bedroom apartments. Available resident services include a transportation program for medical visits and weekly grocery shopping, a mini-grocery store on-site, an exercise program, and security services. Additionally, it serves as a host site for the Niagara Nutrition Program, which is accessible to the general public.
