Neighborhood Center - Niagara Falls - Niagara Community Action Program

This initiative features an emergency food pantry located on-site for individuals living on certain streets in Niagara Falls (contact for specifics) and offers guidance on meal planning and financial budgeting. Additionally, food donations are distributed three days a week on a first-come, first-served basis, with the selection and quantities varying weekly based on donations received, until supplies run out. The program also offers assistance with back rent, mortgage, and utility payments for low-income residents of Niagara Falls, although funds are currently not available. The Fair Housing Advocacy Program supports those who believe they have faced discrimination in housing transactions, providing information, assessments, and referrals to the relevant federal, state, or local human rights agencies or courts. Services include housing location assistance and landlord/tenant advocacy, along with individual advocacy, information and referral services, application help, case management, asset management, and budget counseling.
