This program offers emergency support for fundamental needs such as food, prescriptions, housing, and heating. It also includes a parenting initiative aimed at divorced or separated parents. When funds are available, it can provide FEMA assistance for one month of rent or mortgage payments, provided the tenant or homeowner can prove their capacity to make future payments independently; however, funding is currently not available. Please note that utility assistance is not offered through these funds.
