The town offers an extensive array of licensing, record-keeping, and informational services for its residents. Available licenses and permits encompass marriage licenses, hunting, fishing, and trapping permits, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler and solicitor licenses, as well as racing and wagering licenses. Additional services include the processing of passport applications and the upkeep of town records and archives. Property taxes for residents of the Town of Marcy are prepared and collected from January until March 31st, after which all documentation is forwarded to the Oneida County Treasurer's Office.
