This initiative provides a combined transitional and rapid rehousing program, offering supportive services and community resources tailored for women and their children during and after pregnancy. The program includes a variety of services and classes, such as intensive case management, evidence-based parenting courses, employment assistance, nutrition guidance, health and wellness plans, mental health treatment, and help in securing permanent housing.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Fees: Services are provided at no cost.

- Eligible participants are mothers aged 16-21 who are homeless and either pregnant or parenting, without the requirement to be coming from a shelter.
