This program provides transitional housing for women facing dual diagnoses and their children. The offered services encompass case management, preventative care, training in life and parenting skills, as well as behavioral and mental health support. Additionally, it includes transportation aid, childcare services, referrals, medical assistance, educational opportunities, and chances for community service and work experience.

- Women aged 18 and older who satisfy income criteria and have confirmed parental status of children in their physical custody, a dual diagnosis, and a significant risk of homelessness.
