Provides protective services for adults aged 18 and older who face risks due to their inability to care for or protect themselves and are vulnerable to abuse and exploitation by others.
Intake Procedure: To report a concern or complaint, please call. To refer someone to the Adult Protective Services Unit, contact 315-798-5968 during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Fees: There are no associated fees.

- Adults 18 years and older: Must have diminished self-care capacity, be at risk of harm, or have unmet essential needs, and lack a suitable person to assist them.
