This initiative delivers mentoring-focused case management, referral services, and group peer-led activities to aid at-risk youth in obtaining services, engaging with their community, and participating in bi-weekly meetings that emphasize self-worth improvement.
Intake Process: Appointments are required.
Costs: Services are provided at no charge.
