Community Options New York, Inc

This initiative offers internships, volunteer roles, and select paid positions in diverse integrated environments for individuals with developmental disabilities. Each participant is paired with a job coach who collaborates closely with them to advocate with employers and coworkers, as well as to provide training in essential job skills and workplace behaviors. Additional support with specific tasks is available as required.
