Delivers an extensive array of licensing, record, and informational services to residents of the town, while also managing the collection of property taxes. The types of licenses and permits available include marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler/solicitor licenses, and racing/wagering licenses. Additional services encompass the processing of passport applications and the upkeep of town records and archives. Property taxes for the Town of Pompey are prepared and collected from January through March 31st, after which all related paperwork is forwarded to the Onondaga County Finance Department's Office.
