This program offers outpatient services tailored for clients with dual diagnoses in addiction recovery. The services encompass medication-assisted therapy, evaluations and assessments, individual and group counseling, medication management, care coordination, and discharge planning.
Intake Procedure: To initiate services, you can either call to schedule an appointment or visit during walk-in hours, which are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Fees: It is advisable to call ahead to confirm insurance coverage and inquire about sliding scale fees.
