This program offers a personalized, strength-focused approach to assist children facing mental health and substance use challenges. It equips youth and their families with resources to help them make informed decisions regarding their care. Services provided include care coordination, respite, family support, skill development, intensive in-home services, and crisis intervention.

Fees: There are no charges for these services.
