This service offers transportation for seniors to various locations, including the Center, medical appointments, grocery stores, banks, and personal care visits.
Intake Procedure: To arrange transportation, please call 315-472-6343 x-206 ahead of time; please note that not all requests may be accommodated based on the day's schedule and appointment volume.
Fees: Participants are encouraged to make a voluntary contribution.
