Safe Harbors Of The Finger Lakes

This program provides crisis counseling for individuals affected by rape, sexual assault/abuse, child sexual abuse, domestic violence, sexual harassment, and human trafficking. It includes advocacy with various agencies and individuals, as well as support during family and criminal court proceedings for those involved in domestic violence cases. Additionally, it offers accompaniment and advocacy in hospitals, social services, law enforcement, and other necessary agencies. The program also provides case management services addressing housing, mental health, and educational needs, along with support groups and referrals for long-term therapy for survivors of sexual assault. Efforts are made to raise awareness and prevent issues related to rape, sexual assault, child sexual abuse, sexual harassment, incest, human trafficking, and domestic violence, including educational presentations for schools and community organizations.
