This initiative provides financial support to individuals facing difficulties, covering expenses like rent, utility bills, and car repairs. Services are delivered directly in the homes of those in need. The focus is on assisting with short-term and one-time issues; for longer-term challenges, individuals are directed to other organizations that can offer more comprehensive support.
Intake Procedure: After receiving a phone request, a volunteer from SVdP will reach out to the individual to arrange an In Home Visitation, which involves two SVdP volunteers visiting the person's residence.
