Evercare

Evercare delivers managed long-term care for individuals who are not able to live on their own and require medical supervision alongside help with daily activities. The services provided encompass skilled nursing, home health and personal care aides, and non-emergency transportation for medical appointments. Additional offerings include nutritional assessments and meal delivery, Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and supplies, social model day programs, various therapeutic services (physical, occupational, and speech therapy), as well as dental, vision, audiology, and podiatry care, and respiratory therapy.
