This program features a free and confidential helpline available 24/7, where trained listeners offer support in a safe and non-judgmental environment for individuals facing any crisis. You can also reach the helpline by texting 741741. It is a collaborative effort between the Mental Health Departments of Orleans and Genesee Counties.
