Supportive Scattered-Site Housing - Orleans County - Living Opportunities Of Depaul

This Non-Certified Office of Mental Health Program focuses on securing permanent housing for individuals, including those with mental health issues and those who are mentally ill/chemically addicted (MICA). The staff offers resources to help low-income consumers find suitable housing that fulfills their requirements. The program provides safe and affordable apartments, furniture, connections to essential community resources, and advocacy services. Staff work collaboratively with consumers to acquire, set up, and sustain households tailored to each individual's unique needs. Services encompass contacting landlords, facilitating lease agreements, securing essential household items, providing rental assistance, and helping identify service gaps.

Intake Procedure: A referral is necessary.

Fees: Clients are responsible for a portion of their rent, all utilities, and personal expenses.
