This initiative supports young individuals by providing services tailored to their educational and employment aspirations. Available services may encompass work experience, tutoring, mentoring, career exploration, job readiness training, and the chance to earn rewards for academic and job achievements. Additionally, referrals to other community organizations can be made when necessary.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can call or visit in person for information and access to services.
Fees: There are no associated costs.

- Eligible participants are youth aged 16 to 24 living in Oswego County who are either US citizens or legally permitted to work in the United States and comply with program criteria.
