This service delivers an extensive array of licensing, records, and informational resources to the residents of the Town of Orwell. The licenses and permits available include marriage licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler/solicitor licenses, and racing/wagering licenses. Additionally, it manages town records and archives. Property taxes are prepared and collected from residents of the Town of Orwell between January and March 31st, after which all related paperwork is forwarded to the Oswego County Treasurer's Office.
