This program offers a range of non-medical in-home services to assist eligible seniors in maintaining their independence at home. Services provided include case management, housekeeping assistance, personal care, and caregiver respite.
Intake Procedure: To apply, call the office; a case manager from the Office of Aging will evaluate the individual's needs and develop a personalized care plan.
