This initiative is aimed at individuals with disabilities who aspire to secure competitive jobs. It includes both pre-employment and post-employment support services that aim to improve workplace success through activities such as resume crafting, interview preparation, social skills training, and job acclimatization. Additionally, participants receive assistance during their initial adjustment to a new work environment.
