This initiative provides residents of the county who are 60 years old and above with healthy meal choices along with nutrition counseling and education. Additional services include health and welfare counseling, shopping assistance, outreach, transportation, escort services, and connections to local resources. These services are available at all six senior centers managed by the Rensselaer County Department for the Aging.
Intake Procedure: Contact for information and services.
Fees: A suggested contribution of $3; $4.00 for guests under 60.
