This initiative offers a range of services aimed at assisting individuals living with AIDS/HIV, along with their families and caregivers. Available resources include counseling, weekly grocery deliveries, a food pantry, housing referrals, support groups, and pastoral care across all faiths. Additionally, a buddy program pairs volunteers with those living with AIDS/HIV, and services such as hospital visits and transportation to medical appointments and support group meetings are provided. There is also limited financial aid available for emergency needs.
