Venture Together presents a range of options for those interested in employment, volunteering, acquiring new skills, or gaining meaningful experiences within the community. Our supportive employment initiative, Venture Works, aims to match each individual with an appropriate job that leads to financial independence. Our staff and job coaches collaborate with participants to develop tailored plans, offering the necessary training and support to foster a skilled, content, and proud workforce.
