The program provides intermediate care facilities, residences, apartments, and condominiums in Rockland County and nearby areas, aimed at fostering independent living abilities for adults facing severe physical and/or developmental challenges. Residents receive personalized training in self-care, independent living skills, and essential household tasks, based on their individual capabilities.

- Applicants must be 18 years or older, meet OPWDD eligibility, have an HCBS Waiver, and be authorized for residential placement by the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities' Certified Residential Opportunities department.
