This program assists Medicaid-eligible individuals with developmental disabilities in improving their personal, social, and work readiness skills through a variety of structured activities and opportunities. Services offered may include instruction in daily living skills, recreational and social activities, exercises aimed at enhancing coordination, and pre-employment training to help participants acquire and sustain the necessary skills for community engagement, self-advocacy, self-care, and employment.
