This facility features 100 units dedicated to supervised living for older adults and is officially licensed as an adult home. Adult homes are designed to offer long-term residential care with round-the-clock supervision, along with a variety of services including meals, housekeeping, limited personal care, and social activities. They are overseen and regulated by the New York State Health Department.
